Please read our terms and conditions. We will try our best to resolve any issues that arises however, once the order is submitted you are bound by the rules and conditions which are set below.


Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details​. Nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We only use your personal details to post your orders and to get in touch.


Products:

We, as Keskinz, will take extreme care when the orders are sent. And that you will receive the goods in good condition.  Please ensure the soap is kept wrapped. This ensures the soap keeps the fragrance locked in for longer as once mixed with the air the fragrance can and will slowly disappear.  The weight of the product, the colouring or designs of the products might differ from the pictures that is shown.



The scent on the stone clay's can last for up to two months, depending on the strength and quality of the scent.  You can continue to use the clay by purchasing a fragrance of your choice and dropping a few drops on the clay and the scent will continue.  



All the ingredients are purchased from a UK based suppliers. By doing this we are support each other and to have continuous supply of Ingredients.


Delivery:

We aim to post  your order within one - three working days of receiving your order and  payment.  The postage is second class. We use Royal Mail for our postage. However, on some occasions we might use a different postal provider.

For wholesale and over certain amount of products please get in touch for us to provide you with the best quote for delivery.  Unfortunately, due to holidays, or busy periods you might receive the product late.  Keskinz will not accept any responsibility for  incorrect address and delivery delays that is caused by nature or third party.


Returns:

.We want you to be happy with the product. However, if you are not,  please send it back to us unused, damaged, unopened and in a  re-sealable condition within the 14 days of receiving the product. We  will refund or give you a different product of soap that you require. We hope that you will always be happy with our products.

If after opening you are still not happy with the product once opening the soap.  Please wrap the soap in another wrapping paper and return the soap to us.


Refund and Cancellations

All cancellations must be made first with writing or contacting us as soon as you receive the order and realised there is either damage or anything that looks suspicious.  We will check the product and if satisfied then we will either refund or if you need another product we can replace it.


Postage and Packing:

The cost of postage and packing varies on the amount of items  requested. The price varies due to the weight of the product and the delivery service provider.  We have taken the  figures which was provided by the Post Office. We aim to have the soaps  delivered to you within the 2-5 working days.

Any orders over £30 and over will be free. Please bear in mind that these are prices for UK only.

PLEASE: Get in touch for any orders for overseas so that we can provide you with the accurate cost of postage.


Anything else:

The soap weigh may vary as the soap gets older and the weight changes.  The weight on the labels where correct at the time of putting the labels on.  The colour, the fragrance and the size of the products may vary.

We want you to be happy with the product we send you.  Please get in touch with suggestions, ideas, comments, delivery or large orders and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
